What data we hold
Julie King photography is the ‘Data Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. Our mailing address is: Julie King photography, 59 Shaw Lane, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, B60 4DY.
Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will only collect basic personal data about you, which does not include any special categories of personal information about you (often known as ‘sensitive personal data). This information does, however, include the likes of your name, telephone number, company address and email address.
The information we hold has been provided by you in emails to us when requesting services or from when we have met you at a networking event for example.
Why we need it
We know you have expressed an interest in the services we offer in the past and we would like to keep you informed of what is happening in the world of translation and interpreting. We would like to send you an occasional newsletter or mailshot (approx. 4-6 or times a year) to do this.
What we do with it
All the personal data we hold about you will be processed by our staff in the United Kingdom and no third parties will have access to your personal data unless there is a legal obligation for us to provide them with this. Your information is held on our UK based servers and is backed up after full encryption to US Privacy Shield compliant servers.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed securely. Please ask if you would like to know more details.
How long we keep it
If you consent to email marketing, any information we use for this purpose will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
